Numerous hiking routes, mountain biking trails, opportunities for rafting and aerial sports.
Climbing is possible in Hochseilklettergarten Greifenburg and Climbingpath Pirkacher Klamm.
Water Sports
Rafting is possible in Irschen at Drauactiv and “walking on the river” is possible in Dellach.
From May to September, the Drau offers ideal water for canoeing and inflatable boats.
Driven by the gentle flow it seems just as you walk on the river.
Also swimming is offered in the region in a number of swimming pools and swimming lake Greifenburg.
Sightseeing
Schloss Stein.
The impressive castle stands on a steep rock, which is about 200 meters above the valley, between Dellach and Irschen.
Bergbauernmuseum
In 6 rooms, approximately 500 objects are exhibited.
The exhibition shows the hard work of the mountain farmers on the steep slopes.
For Example, you can see a smoke room, workroom and the work of the farmer in the four seasons.
Trögerwandhöhlen
The Trögerwandhöhlen (caves) lie west of Oberdrauburg and are renowned for their size and amazing colors on the cave walls.
