Heiden is best known for the Biedermeier houses, clustered around the square and beside the church. A wonderful base for exploring the surrounding mountains during the summer.

A perfect region for various forms of mountaineering, with beautiful hiking trails, challenging trails for mountain biking, Nordic walking, and the possibility of an E-Bike rental.

Water Sports
The unique landscaped outdoor pool has a 50 meter pool, children's pool and children's landscape, diving board, playground and much more for a very enjoyable warm day.

Recommendation
The museum shows among other things the devastating fire, which almost completely destroyed the village.
