Welcome to Savognin
Savognin is the capital of the Surses, and lies on both sides of the river Julia. Both parts are connected by the romantic, dating from the Middle Ages bridge, and the village image is characterized by the three churches.
Mountain Sports
In the Surses mountaineering is elevated to great heights. Numerous hiking trails, themed walks, beautiful mountain trails, and trails for Nordic walking. Ideally, is the biking and hiking bus.
Water Sports
Badesee Lai Barnagn is a cool spot on hot days in the Swiss Sun. Great splashing or just relax on the shore of the lake.
Recommendation
Worth seeing are the three churches, but the real attraction is nature. The painter Giovanni Segantini knew this at the end of the 19th century, to appreciate.
