Mountain Sports
Around Schlägl are some very nice hiking trails, such as the route Oberhaag-Bärenstein-Oberhaag (11 km length), and the route Oberhaag-Bayrische Au (12.9 km length).

Water Sports
In the village you can swim, in the swimming pool, at the Große Mühl. It is a unique pool.

Incidentally, you can also row here, white water rafting and fishing.

Characteristic are the Romanesque and Gothic crypts, and the baroque church.
