Swoich presents itself as a small but very nice holiday village, far from traffic and noise, on a sunny plateau. The village lies in a beautiful landscape that invites you to spend an active vacation, and to enjoy the day. Here you realize what a vacation in the mountains really should be like.

Mountain Sports
A region that has many mountain sports to offer, alongside an extensive network of hiking trails, bike paths and mountainbike routes and trails. For those who like mountain climbing and hiking in the mountains, a very suitable region. For gliders and Nordic walking there are excellent opportunities.

Water Sports
The Habitat-swimming lake, lovingly called by the inhabitants "the banana lake", is filled with pure water and allows for carefree swimming pleasure. Children can play in the playground, and there are three tennis courts and an asphalt curling rink available.

Recommendation
Innschifffahrt. On the 'St. Nicholas' you can sail you down the Inn from Kufstein to Ebbs, Kiefersfelden, Niederndorf and Oberaudorf. The boat trip takes about two hours and can be made in the period beginning May to mid October.
