Summer Dream. This is the (summer) motto in the Stubaital. And the valley will indeed give you an unforgettable holiday filled with beautiful memories.

Meadows and pastures, filled with beautiful alpine flowers, lush dark green forests, sunny meadows and waterfalls. But the Stubaital is also the ice of the glaciers that overlook high above the valley, and in summer provide the necessary skiing. Skiing is also a summer sport.

Mountain Sports
Mountain Sports are the summer sports in the Stubaital. Not only are there many hikes through the valley or along the mountains possible, even mountain bikers will have a memorable holiday in this valley. And of course, the other popular mountain sports such as mountain climbing, canyoning and paragliding are offered.

Water Sports
The valley offers excellent opportunities for rafting, but also a few excellent swimming pools (indoor and outdoor).

Recommendation
The summer toboggan run in Mieders gives you the feeling of winter. What could be nicer than to sledge downhill. The height difference is 640 meter, the length 2.8 kilometers. The track also has no less than 40 turns, and is known as the steepest run in the Alps.
