The Vilsalpsee is one of the most beautiful mountain lakes in Tyrol, and is surrounded by a nature resort.

On the Haldensee there are opportunities for canoeing, surfing and swimming.

Swimming in the water of Moorweiher "Flöschen" is good for body and health.

The nature reserve is located on the southern edge of the valley, covering an area of approximately 16 square kilometers with the Vilsalpsee, the Traualpsee and the Lachensee and surrounding area and the surrounding mountains.
