Sightseeing
Bummelbär
Brum, brum ... look, look, here comes the beartrain.
Well, Teddy has good hum. And Daddy too. The tours of local beartrain "Bummel-Bär" are very popular with children. The beartrain drives to the most beautiful places in the region, and of course the Knappenwelt.
The Tourist Office has a complete schedule.
Alpine Coaster
The longest Alpine rollercoaster in the world.
An experience for all young of heart and adrenaline-addicted. "You will descend too". More aptly the Alpine Coaster in Imst can not be described.
Rosengartenschlucht en blue grotto
After a short walk from Imst, you will find one of the most valuable habitats of Tyrol, the Rosengartenschlucht. Over a length of 1.5 kilometers the Schinderbach of the Blue Grotto digs through the mountains to the Johanneschurch.
The most exciting part of the Blue Grotte is the story of its creation: 2000 years before the Romans were here, habitants of the region worked diligently searching for silver ores.
The most intense experience in the wild and romantic ravine and Blue Grotte is a botanical guided tour, every Monday from May to October from 14.00 - 17.00 (free for guests of the region Imst-Gurgltal).
