Welcome to Itter
Itter is sometimes called the Rose Village of Tirol. A small but extremely friendly village at the foot of the Hohe Salve, perfect for various types of mountain sports such as walking, cycling and mountain biking. Near the village is also one of the best (comfort) campsites of Tyrol.

Mountain Sports
Itter is known for its mountain sports. Not only are there many opportunities to walk or bicycle, and explore the surrounding mountains. The village also offeres Paragliding, a mountain sport where you really have a view on the mountains.

Water Sports
There is no Watersports offered in Itter, but there are many water sports possibilities (such as rafting and kayaking) in the surrounding villages.

Recommendation
The outdoor pool, which operates entirely on solar energy, has a playground, beach volleyball court, large lawn and childrensbath with a nice slide. It is a golden opportunity in the warm summer months, for cooling off.
