Balzers is a nice holiday village, that according to excavations was already inhabited around 3000 BC.

The village lies at the southern foot of the castle hill Gutenberg and is the southernmost place the typical Rössener Culture can be found.

The climbing garden, near the village, is an impressive and challenging way to enjoy active mountaineering with multiple opportunities to climb.

Water Sports
The modern indoor pool offers a lawn in the summer months and special pool for children. The water temperature is 28 degrees and the air temperature 30 degrees.

Worth seeing are the operetta stage, which since 1946 every year attracts many visitors and the impressive fortress Gutenberg that dates from the 13th century.
