Gallzein is a peaceful holiday haven, where you can spend a wonderful holiday.

Surrounded by forests, pastures and meadows full of flowers and nature as this should be. A quiet village where you will not notice much traffic noise, and simply can enjoy a few days vacation.

In the summer months the region offer a lot of activities, mainly in the impressive nature.

Mountain Sports
A wonderful area for mountain bikers, with plenty of options, such as the challenging route to the Kogelmoos, with a length of about 3 km.

Water Sports
Water sports are not offered in Gallzein, but is possible in the surrounding villages, such as Jenbach and Schwaz.

Ten different chapels.
Ten different chapels can be found on the hiking trail from Gallzein to Schwaz. Most of the chapels date from the heyday of the local mining industry.
