Mountainbike route: Aktivpark Montafon – Illradweg flussabwärts (left bank) – Ampelkreuzung – Illradweg until the Hosensee – Uferwechsel – cyclingroad until the swimmingpool in Vandans – through Vandans to the Güterweg Ganeu – Stofel – Matschwitz ( middle station Golmerbahn) – right direction Golm/Grüneck along the gravel road until the mountain station of the Golmerbahn Grüneck – same route back until Matschwitz – Kalköfen – Latschau – along Neierstolla, Hotel Verwall towards Tschagguns – Zelfenstraße, Schwimmbadstraße until Aktivpark Montafon.
