Summer holiday in beloved Ischgl
One of the most famous and most popular holiday villages in Austria. Ischgl is best known for the Winter sports and topconcerts held during the opening and closing of the winter season.

Yet you can also enjoy a perfect summer vacation, surrounded by mountains, many events and hospitable people.

Because this is a very tourist destination, the facilities are tremendously well. Many restaurants, over 45 mountain huts and other opportunities to enjoy the Tyrolean food, and that makes the holiday still just a little finer.

Mountain Sports
Mountaineering is something unique in this area, because some of mountain sports (like hiking) just give you the feeling you're a smuggler by the proximity of the duty-free Samnaun.

A wonderful area to enjoy, and that is the goal of mountaineering.

Water Sports
Ischgl is a village whith several opportunities for swimming, as in the Pardatschsee, the indoor pool in the Silvretta Freizeitzentrum and the swimming pool the Waldbad Silvretta. Both pools offer many facilities and opportunities. Rafting is eg. in Pians offered.

The Swiss Samnaun and its Duty Free Shops
The Swiss Samnaun is not far, and offers plenty of opportunity for tax free shopping. 50 Duty Free Shops offer you ample opportunities to get away, and above all cheap shopping. Keep in mind the permitted quantities, as with regularity are the customs checks.

Also fun and educational to visit are the Mathias Schmid Museum and the Bauernmuseum. The Fimbatal finally is historical seen an important valley where you can easily have a look at through the hiking trail. The valley is a nature reserve.
