Parpan is a nice and small village with only 300 inhabitants. Enjoying the rest, relaxation and natural beauty of the mountains, during active sports such as mountain hiking and mountain biking.

Mountain Sports
The region offers great opportunities for mountaineering. A Biker Paradise, with 305 km marked bike tours and more than 1000 km GPS tours. For hikers, a large number of routes are available, and the LenziBike is unique.

Water Sports
Enjoy a carefree day of fun and aquatic at the Heidsee or in the swimming pool in Churwalden. On the Heidsee there are also opportunities for fishing.

Recommendation
In the middle of a lovely nature, lies the 18-hole golf course (par 69) at an altitude of about 1400 meters. Golf in a magical landscape, surrounded by beautiful forests.
