Pregarten is a young city.
Pregarten, the young city on the Aist, is one of the oldest markets in Austria, and has a diverse range of nature and culture.
For example, in the cultural center Bruckmühle, where a hiking trail begins along different cultural monuments, through the beautiful Feldaistall.
Mountain Sports
Around Pregarten are many walks possible, until Kefermarkt and Wartberg.
The advantage here is the ability to travel back again with the train.
Also the protected landscape of the Unteren Feldaisttal is ideal for hiking.
Water Sports
Erlebnisbad Lagune, an heated open air swimming pool, open from the second Saturday in May to the first Sunday in September.
The pool facilities include a playground and a 50 meter water slide.
Burgmuseum Reichenstein.
Attractions include the local history museum, and Burgmuseum Reichstein.
The ruin is accessible, the chapel mostly closed, and can only be visited under supervision.
