The region offers great opportunities for mountaineering. A Biker Paradise, with 305 km marked bike tours and more than 1000 km GPS tours. For hikers, a large number of routes are available, and the LenziBike is unique.

Enjoy a carefree day of fun in and around the Ferienregion Lenzerheide and Valbella, and aquatic at the Heidsee or in the swimming pool in Churwalden. On the Heidsee there are also opportunities for fishing.

Rodelbahn und Seilpark Pradaschier. With 31 turns and an height difference of 480 meters, the toboggan run with a length of 3100 meters runs towards the valley and takes seven to 10 minutes drive from the start at the middle station, to the base station in Churwalden.
