The Vosges is a small ski area, with a central location, and short travel times.
The region has some nice resorts, such as Gérardmer and La Bresse Hohneck, that feel like real ski resorts.
The snow conditions and facilities are obviously not comparable to the various ski areas the Alps, but if the snow conditions are good, you can enjoy excellent winter sports.
A nice destination, for example, for a weekend skiing or cross country skiing, close to home.
